The root of social media distractions for aspirants || student motivation


Why can't I keep my phone aside ?

Why I always want to see my notifications and mails ?

Why??

In today's world, every Aspirant is facing such issues. From a 14 year old teen to 35 year old man. Today we would go deep in this question. Stay with me to know how to detox it. 

Every aspirant has a busy schedule, definite goals, dead lines and more. In such situations, phone or social media is most likely to ruin your routine. Routine is totally connected to your goal.

So due to this there are high chances that you may not achieve your goal.



But why does this happen?

Social media gives you entertainment. At least social media does . It's different if you are earning through it. but let's look it as per an aspirant. 

This aspirant spends time in watching reels........feeling insecure about himself or herself bcz of influencer's lifestyle, face, body........starts to work on skincare, excercise.........forgets about his or her real goal.......not getting proper grades.

This is a whole cycle. Always remember "excercise is good, but ONLY excercise is not good". Same is applicable for other stuff. Always have your main goal you first priority.

But what about phone??
Why do I feel to touch it ?? To use it?? To open youtube or insta??

 Well I would tell you the process.

Social media is your entertainment source. What if you changed it?

If you changed it then there are better chances of you to get into your goal.

Here are some of my ideas for you to change it:



1.A page while demotivated.

Everyone has a particular time in a day when they don't feel to work. Just open your journel and start writing about your long term and short term future plans. 

This helps you become conscious about your aim. If you don't feel like writing then just read past days logs. You will find some feelings in it.

2. Meditation.

Meditation is good for your health,mind and soul. When you meditate , you go in a state where you don't have any thoughts.

If you are new to it then just search a 20 minutes video for meditation. On that sound . Close all the curtains of your room.  Sit in a still position. Keep your eyes open or close for 29 minutes and rest. 

3. Alone Cycling.

When you are alone, that's when the ideas strike your brain and even you feel peaceful.

4. Try out BOOKS.

What if you gave the same time which you have to phone on books?

If you just want some rest then why not read a book instead of phone?

Try out some other books in fantasies, self development...

5. Appropriate Statements.

If you seriously want to touch your phone then write an appropriate statement in your journel. This will help you to clear up your thought. 

6. 'WHY?'

I want to use phone.

>>>Why?

Because I like to use phone.

>>>Why?

Because it makes me happy.

>>>Why?

Well actually not everytime. Sometimes I even feel exhausted after using mobile.

This is how the W charm will work . Try this and you will find even the hidden YOU.

7. WRITE twice before you do.

Yes . Write why you want to use your phone 2 times in a journel.

8. Get a connection.

Start believing in God, Karma, Nature, Science and connect with it. You really need to believe in atleast one. Thsi routes will keep to towards your goal.



This is how you can change your entertainment and ultimately cahneg your life.
